dear you…

To this special someone:

I love you. I love you. I love you. I thought you were the worst thing that had happened to me, but I couldn’t deny the feelings I was having. I could give you so much, if you would give me a chance. We’re perfect for eachother, even though we might not know it.

Please, I’m begging you….

Without you
The ground thaws
The rain falls
The grass grows

Without you
The seeds root
The flowers bloom
The children play

The stars gleam
The poets dream
The eagles fly
Without you

The earth turns
The sun burns
But I die
Without you

Without you
The breeze warms
The girl smiles
The cloud moves

Without you
The tides change
The boys run
The oceans crash

The crowds roar
The days soar
The babies cry
Without you

The moon glows
The river flows
But I die
Without you

The world revives
Colors renew
But I know blue
Only blue
Lonely blue
Within me, blue
Without you

Without you
The hand gropes
The ear hears
The pulse beats

Without you
The eyes gaze
The legs walk
The lungs breathe
The mind churns
The heart yearns
The tears dry

Without you
Life goes on
But I’m gone
Cause I die
Without you

Please…

it shaped up…

Well, contrary to my last post, Thanksgiving shaped up to be pretty decent.

After our guests left, we started cooking and stuff. I helped my mom in the kitchen for a while, and at about 5 I went downstairs to chill. Titanic just happened to be on TV, so I watched the last hour of it. Damn, that movie is sad. It’s an awesome movie, but it’s sad. It still makes me cry.

My dad kept pushing back when the turkey was going to be ready, so we didn’t eat until about 8. We missed the first 45 minutes of Survivor during dinner, but then we saw the last 15 minutes. THANK GOD THEY VOTED GARY OFF!!!!! I hated him. I dunno why…I guess he just didn’t tickle my fancy.

Then…DOUBLE APPRENTICE!!!!! The first half was just a recap, but it was an awesome one. We saw everything that we had previosly seen, but for every episode they also threw in a bonus “scene” or fight or something that we didn’t see during the show. That was really nice.

The second episode was normal again. They had to advertise Shania Twain’s new perfume. Rebecca and Randal stole the other team’s megaphones. Go them. It was awesome. THEY WON, too!!!!!!! Yee-hah. Randall is the shit. =D But then Adam got voted off. “Tight-ass Jew” (As Clay puts it). He was pretty cool, except for his carraige idea.

We close off the night with pumpkin pie and cool whip. Yet another happy Thanksgiving. :)

what a drag…

Thanksgiving so far has been so boring that I’m about ready to say that I’d rather be in school.

I woke up around 8, and just chilled for an hour. At 9, I watched the Macy’s parade on TV, but then I started switching between that and “The Wiz”, which was on TVONE or whatever that channel is called. The movie is awesome! It’s the first time I’ve seen it.

At noon, I helped my mom make an appetizer, and at 1 some neighbors came over. I went downstairs to try and nap, but I couldn’t fall asleap…..I came back up and all of the food was gone. That pissed me off!

So, I’m starving, I can’t type, and I’m in the middle of the world’s boringest conversation with the world’s boringest person. I think I’m just gonna go and listen to Rent….

está nevando

That’s right, biotches!!!!! First snow of the season here in Maryland, all thanks to an Alberta Clipper!

If it were 2 degrees colder, the snow would stick to the ground and we’d have a winter wonderland, instead of just beautiful snow in the air and a wet crappy mess on the ground. =D

Nevertheless, this is awesome! La’chiem!

hello strangers

Wow……it’s been a while since I’ve posted here! Things have finall died down around here, and I have time to spend on myself! Yay!

We got our report cards last week (?). Here’s the breakdown:

Gym: A
Spanish: A
Reading: A
Science: A
Band: A
Algebra: B (YAY!)
Social Studies: B
English: B

I really don’t understand how I passed Algebra considering that I currently have a 70.2 in that class, or how I got “B”’s in English and Social Studies! They’re like to the two easiest classes! I gotta work harder this quarter.

My mom had teacher confrences yesterday, where Mrs. Silverman said I’m going to be in Honors Geometry next year. Mr. Brown is going to put me in G/T Biology, and Mrs. O’Connell is going to put me in G/T U.S. History. Go me!

This week, we’ve had half days and we’ve discussed our plants/classes for next year, which was REALLY boring! They didn’t have any academies specically for T.V. Production/Drama, which kinda worried me, but then Mrs. Phillips told me that the academies wouldn’t be beneficial for G/T students and that I should keep my focus on G/T classes, which sounded like a better idea anyway.

Both of my shows (Guys and Dolls and Grease) went very well! GAD went awesome because the Stage Crew was totally awesome!!!! We had sooooo much fun, and we would have had more if Patrick wasn’t there! Grease went awesome-ly, too. We got tons of laughs out of the audience, especially when I got a pie in the face. Cast B got tons of applause, and it all-out awesome! I think B did waaaaaay better than A.

The cast party was truly awesome. There were no repeats of Godspell’s cast party, luckily. We went to 3 Brothers, ate, went to the mall, made Ms. Shari and Ms. Debbie Build-A-Bear’s, and we almost got arrested for singing and dance to “We Go Together”. I also saw Chopper from “Making the Band”, but I didn’t get an autograph.

I’m going to work on getting a pool of Grease photos, so if you have any, email them to me!

how very interesting indeed

Let us compare some of GWB’s recent speeches.

Not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed, if I do say so myself…

fall is here

Well ladies and gentlemen, it’s that time of year again: Fall!

Between the time that I went to bed Friday and woke up Monday last weekend, 75% of all the leaevs have falen off of trees! 75%!!! That’s crazy, yet beautiful.

It’s also FINALLY starting to feel like November! Of course, I didn’t realize that until I had walked outside in a t-shirt for school. The ONE DAY I don’t bring a sweatshirt, it’s frickin freezing! Just my luck….but luckily the fall weather is here and it’s beautiful outside.

Another thing that comes with fall is our school’s annual Autumn Dance, which was last night! I didn’t go because I was working, but I can say that I probably had more fun at work than I would have had at the dance. We were preparing for the Guys and Dolls shows, which are TODAY and TOMORROW!!!!! We’re all really excited because (if they ever learn to clean up after themselves), they’re gonna be great!\

Fall madness is here, and I like it!

hot off the press

The following statement was just released by Danny’s publicist in response to some recent rumors:

Niether Danny nor Cierra conspired against Shelby Toler in an effort to get her off of all the teams she applied for. Niether of them had anything to do with the selection of the ‘05 – ‘06 Photography and Music on Air teams. New members were recruited based on the level of skill and ability, as determined by the team leaders.

Nor was there any conspiration in the selection of the MWTV Anchors for 2005 to 2006. The new anchors were chosed based on their skill and ability levels, as determined by the team leader. Cierra had no negative influence on the selection, and niether did past bygones. Shelby Toler was not selected because of past grievances, and the rumors are all false.

danny gets a job….kind of

Yes, everybody, Danny has his first job; DLC stage crew during Guys and Dolls dress rehersals/shows.

I say ‘kind of’ because it’s only for next week, no pay is involved, and because I want to. This will probably take up ALL of my time after school from Tuesday – Friday and on Sunday, so I won’t be able to get online, check my email, or blog unless I have absolutely no homework (Which is very unlikely).

Then, next week, I have dress rehersals and shows for MY show, so my schedule is pretty booked for the next two weeks and my social life will have to come to a halt until Grease (which Caroline IS NOT COMING TO *wink* ) is over.
