Happy Thanksgiving everybody!
The holiday season has officially started! Yay! =D I love this time of year.
Funnier than a cup of sand.
Happy Thanksgiving everybody!

I’ve finally finished polishing my resumé.
But, of course, as us performers know, resumes are basically a big list of embellished tidbits about ourselves.
Oh, well. :)
So…today I woke up feeling kind of nasty. I couldn’t breathe through my nose and any attempts to blow my nose resulted in a lot of noise and no mucus on the tissue. Plus, I got that nasty feeling in my ears.
I proceeded to pop some pills (Mucinex, to be exact), which definately helped. My nose started to drain, but I still feel really, really crappy. Plus, my nose is running faster than Wilma Rudolph.
So, basically, I’ve been sitting around all day. I feel too crappy to actually do anything, so I’ve been doing blah stuff.
I was able to debrand my Razr today. Yay! All the nasty Cingular MediaMall and restriction stuff is gone. Most of the changes are minor, but my phone…seems a lot happier, lol. Plus, there’s an awesome non-Cingular splash screen that plays whenever I turn it on. *orgasm*
Rehersal on Wednesday kind of kicked ass. It was tons of fun. Jessica, Margaret, Stephanie, BS, and I hung out and did nothing most of the rehersal. We finished all of our blocking for the ENTIRE show! The only part I was really in on Wednesday was the “flashback” sequence. It was kind of freaky…we were in total blackout (First time I’ve experienced a full blackout; usually you can get light from the booth or hall or whatever, but it was DARK!). That kinda freaked all of us out, lol. I ran into a row of seats, poor Jessica busted her knee on the big-ass wooden chair, and BS sat there and laughed at us (but we still love her :) ). We decided to make a human train from now on. :)
I’m getting really excited for our show. The actual show is very awesome, and the way we’ve been performing it has been superb. It’s gonna be an awesome show, and I better see everybody there. :)
School otherwise has been kind of blah. I have a 3.86 GPA on my first quarter report card. I guess that’s pretty good. Horner gave me my ONLY B. He can shove it. He’s kinda been a jerk to everybody lately. Oh, well. History is also boring as who-knows-what. Mr. Wiley talking would put anybody to sleep. At least I have Margaret (Ashleigh) to keep me company. =D
Everybody in bio was really freaked out this week. Miss Reddick got into some kind of car accident. All Mrs. Duff will tell us is that her car got totaled and that she’ll be back on Monday. I hope she’s okay. :(

Well….my television appearance last night was nothing like I expected it to be.
Usually, this is where I would say “It ROCKED!” or “I loved it! It was so much fun!”, except that it was definately anything BUT fun.
Let’s get one thing straight: I broke this WHOLE story to them. I emailed the newsroom, offered my pictures/video, and appeared on camera for them. I went out of MY way to bring light to something that was wrong. What do I get? Absolutely nothing.
I appeared on camera for a whole of about 30 seconds, they used my pictures and video, and not ONCE was I named or credited in the WHOLE report. My name appeared NOWHERE in the whole goddamn report. Miranda was shown talking for about 5 seconds, and they named her. I handed them the freaking story and I was given none of the credit I deserved. I was quoted once in the article, but nowhere in the TV report. All of the pictures/videos were credited to “a student” or “a high-schooler”.
Oh, and did I mention that he told me he would contact me about a week before the segment aired? I’ve been waiting by the phone for three weeks, and I never ONCE received a call from him. I only found out because Briana’s mom saw a stinger for the story in the morning with my face on it and she emailed me.
Derek Valcourt: Suck my dick.
I must say, though, that I am glad the whole ordeal is over. All of this pressure, suspense, etc. was really stressing me out, and it’s good to finally get it over with.
If you would like to see how I wasted my time for the past month, go right ahead.
Oh, and on a side note, my MySpace is gone. I’m really sick of MySpace…for various reasons. But I still have my Facebook.
Well, word on the street is that the bus overcrowding segment is going to air tonight on WJZ. Here are the details:
11:00 News
Channel 13 (WJZ Baltimore)
I hope you’ll be able to catch it, if not, it’ll be available online tomorrow or the next day.
Today, I was Youtube’ing and I came across this video:

I wasn’t there for that EXACT performance, but I was there when she performed that tour at Merriweather (don’t ask me why, lol).
(Edit: I guess Merriweather kicked off the tour [Oops!... I Did It Again World Tour])
…is crazy and sometimes scares me.
But we still love her. :)
She sits behind me in Bio and talks to Vasily in Russian and sticks her tongue out when she writes and she kicks major ASS!

Reading through some partial blog archives, I’ve realized that 8th-grade-Danny was a pretty good writer. ;)
Anyways, I came to a conclusion today during Spanish, Reading, Math, Band, and Science. I simply have better things to think about. Who cares about potential and kinetic energy? Or how to find the measure of the third side. Or about writing summaries. I have much more important things to think about. Like nuclear arms, saving the environment, mass-promotion of hybrid cars, and who Britney should marry once she dumps Se?or White-Trash.
ew
I just sneezed waffle all over my arm. :S
now if only one of them had injured somebody…
Today in Science we finally got to launch our rockets. Stevens and mine was totally ghetto-fied. The stickers were all fugsly and the drawing/writing was absolutely horrible. It was loverly. Mr. Brown gave us some kind of gauze or something to shove up the rocket so that it didn?t catch fire and explode when we launched it. I was very tempted not to put it in just so that we could have a burnt up rocket. I succummbed to Steven?s peer pressure and eventaully ended up putting it in. The other problem was that we didn?t stick that little ring thing up far enough so our engine was half sticking-out the back.
Anyway, we got out there and I started to bet with people that our rocket would go up 10 feet and then explode. It didn?t. It went up as high as the other rockets (Which was very high!) and then came crashing down to earth without even catching on fire! Our ?body tube? and ?nose cone? just seperate, but that was nothing a little glue couldn?t fix. I think we?re gonna be able to re-launch ours again tomorrow.
Jimmy stole the title of most retarded rocket, though. His went up about 5 feet and then just feel down while the engine before the engine was dead. Mr. Brown yelled ?EVERYBODY GET BACK? in his idiot voice and we all jumped back while Jimmy?s exploded. It was awesome.
galileo…and mrs silverman are the sources of all my problems
Today was pretty crazy. We had a fire drill during reading, which was great because not only was it scheduled during the right period, but it lasted 20 minutes for whatever reason. I talked to James and Steven most of the time and we had some very interesting conversations, including: striped sweaters, colds, and Ashley and I talked about what we would do if there was a fire. We concluded that we would just sit there and finish our lunches.

Unfortunately, my no-lunch-detention record has been soiled as of today. Mrs. Larouere took a big, fat crap all over it.
I forgot my Social Studies book AGAIN today, but what can you except after a WEEKEND?!?!?!?!?! It?s not like I had a reminder YESTERDAY. I don?t wake up and say ?Hmmmm?what textbooks am I gonna need today?? I?m not a frickin genius. So anyway she called Richard and I back to her desk and she was like ?Where are your books?? and I told her that I left mine at home and stuff and she gave us BOTH lunch detentions with Mrs. Lala. Not exactly the best teacher to get it with but at least news won?t get passed around the teacher grapevine as fast as it usually does. I got there and it was like the retarded class (Pd. 7). They were learning about how to budget your time to study or something. That was REALLY BORING. Then they started to talk about making your study place ideal, and after it all Mrs. Lala was like ?Don?t ya?ll eat FOOD when yer studyin?? It was funny because?well you?d have to have been there to appreciate it. Then she gave out like 6 detentions to kids who forgot their journals! :S After that, they ready a story about some girl who cried because she was an onion or something. Mrs. Lala just HAD to finish the story, so I didn?t get outta there until 10 seconds before the bell rang. Mrs. Larouere gave me a pass to Mrs. O?Connell?s and then tried to pick small talk with me. Not gonna happen.
MWTV AUDITIONS ARE TOMORROW! Unfortunately, I didn?t get all the info from Mrs. Phillips because I was being unjustly disciplined during my lunch period. If you applied, get your pass in homeroom!
But yeah, that’s just a snippet of everything. Go and read full posts for yourself!
Reading through all of that makes me want to end this whole emo lyrics phase and start talking about what’s actually going on in my life. I’ll start tomorrow. :)
