The weather out here is freaking disgusting. It’s been hovering around 90 degrees with humidity of more than 50%.
The pleasantness that I am filled with when I walk outside resembles that of a dry, itchy crotch. ((Yes, I stole this from dooce.)) It also has not rained in two weeks. Although summer droughts are not uncommon in Maryland and I have learned to live with them, I do still enjoy an occasional thunder storm.
Tonight is opening night for The Music Man! I’m pretty excited….I know all of my lines and all of the sound chinks have been worked out. I do, however, loathe my costume. It’s quite hot and stuffy.
Hot, stuffy suits and dry, itchy crotch weather do not mix well. I guess the combination of those two result in something along the lines of gonorrhea.

i was on a mission trip on a tin roof taring nails down…i got first degree burns on my ass. it was been nice in maryland compared to where i was.
