Blah, April 2008 Edition

This week has been hella busy. End of marking period in school = tons of work to do. And by tons, I mean too much. And my too much, I mean presentations to assemble and papers to write and Cappies shows to review. And, even after ten hours of sleep and a pretty low-key day, I’m still really exhausted.

On Friday, I had a huge government test. I didn’t have any time to study this week (mediocrity seemed to manifest itself in everything that I did this week), and I got an “F” on the test (50%). Then, I went to turn in my Independent Research AP presentation and my teacher gave me that “look” and made that “noise” when she saw it. I have a feeling that it didn’t go over to well. But here’s the worst part: my horoscope had some business about something bad turning out good that day. So, uh…what happened to that? I’m not sure.

This week, WordPress 2.5 was released and I upgraded. I like a lot about the new backend. Except for the color scheme. The color scheme looks like blue pastel paint palette ate some bad Mexican food and got pretty bad indigestion all over my blog, plus some random disgusting orange business here and there, although I will say that the ‘Classic’ theme is much better.

On a closing note, I’d like to link to two blogs that I’ve been enjoying recently: The Panda Page (which is full of hilarious randomness) and The Confluence (a pro-Hillary blog that has a ton of food for thought).

Happy Saturday.
