21/365: ROAR!

Sara and Becca brought me this epic dinosaur keychain from Disney World in February. It’s pretty cool!

20/365: Bad Day

Today was a bad day. :(

19/366: Pink!

I won tickets to go see Pink in Fairfax in September, all thanks to Hot 99.5 and The Kane Show on Twitter!

18/365: Mother Nature, On Crack

91 degrees in April. What else is there to say? (Aside from the temperature, it’s gorgeous!)

17/365: Tall

Not really sure why, but I looked in the window today and felt really tall. Like, taller than the six feet that I actually am. It was weird.

P.S. Those are my pajama bottoms, not real pants!

Change Is In The Air

Today is a day of honesty.

I’ve really let my blog die over the past year. About this I feel horrible. Considering that I’ve been blogging now for five years and that I’m now paying for this site out of my own pocket, I think I owe it to myself to put some more time and effort into blogging. So, I have a new spring/summer resolution. I want to give my blog a complete makeover and come back bigger and badder than ever.

Over the next month or so, I’m going to work on a total redesign that will be ready just in time for summer.  After my redesign is up, I  want to dedicate myself to posting more frequently and writing better posts.  I would love to do something sort of like Dooce does where my Project 365 posts are a separate part of the site and my text entries are the focus, but that’s gonna require some planning and thinking.

I know that I can do this, it’s just going to take time, so bear with me and prepare for an amazing summer. :)

16/365: Mid-Life Crisis

Now that I am freelance/self-employed (which, in this economy, basically means unemployed) I am doing surveys online so that I can still have some sort of income. Apparently, choosing “Entertainment/Media” as my category of employment now means that I am a computer technician. Whodathunkit?

15/365: The World Through My Eyes

Without my frames (or contacts), I am blind as a bat. Can you even tell in this picture?

14/365: Rejuvenation

I had the day off so I slept until almost 10 AM this morning. It felt oh so good!
