So I finally went shopping last night for my back-to-school clothes/winter wardrobe. I only spent $80, but I got some amazing stuff.
From Old Navy, I bought a pretty cool brown argyle sweater, a pair of jeans, and a black thermal top. I swear to kg, the black shirt is the most warmest, comfiest shirt. Ever. In fact, I’m wearing it right now! My downstairs is warm (in normal pajama pants), my upstairs is toasty and cozy in the thermal shirt, and my attic is freezing because I don’t wear hats while I’m laying in bed. (And by ‘upstairs’, ‘downstairs’, and ‘attic’, I am referring to my torso, legs, and head if you didn’t pick up on that.) I also got an awesome blue striped shirt from Target that I wore today. Hopefully I’ll get around to posting pictures soon.
Oh, and guess what! Remember the wool pea coat that I posted about earlier? I saw it in person yesterday and it was horrendous. The buttons had big anchors on them. It was a coat that was nice from far away but absolutely frightening up close…much like Windows Vista.
As much as I would love to say that I get all my clothes from Versace and Dolce Gabanna and Prada, I cannot. I rock the Target, HM, and Old Navy and occasionally the sale racks at Aeropostale and the clearance section at American Eagle (seriously- everything I have from there I got on clearance!). But, you know what? I rock it darn well.
